City Of Salisbury CLOSED Work Session?

Hmmmmmm, I wonder what it could have been about???????

Let's see, we have to wait outside council chambers while the "Closed Session" is going on. I waited for 1 hour longer than it was supposed to be and look who comes walking out of the "Closed Session."

I smell the litigation of a huge lawsuit but it was a "Closed Session" so I wouldn't actually know! What do YOU think happened. Remember, this is all speculation and since it was a "Closed Session" YOU wouldn't know either, right?

  1. Well they should of fired winslow and stevenson, that is what it should of been about.
They where good ole boys and dont know the first thing about a sewage plant.

  2. Seeing the characters involved it has to be something to do with the poo factory. I can't even get answers about the opinion of the Oklahoma man who came here to make suggestions for a remedy. How much did it cost taxpayers to get a non-opinion?

Joe the city put up a fence to keep you out, must be something to hide there to go to such great expense.

  3. The Consultant cost the taxpayers over $20,000.00.

  4. it oughtta be about the proposed new library, which is County, not City.
but i'm gonna go with poo factory, or they've found a body in the new 6 feet drainage pipes.

  8. Let me guess...those are the big city guns for the WWTP? This is one of the bigger problems I spoke about on another post.

When are we going to hear what the he11 is going on with that thing? How much are we going to get soaked for?

  9. It's definitely about the WWTP. Barrie Tilghman let that cat out of the bag in April when she stated the possibility of litigation due to the plant STILL not working and the deadline encroaching.

Why hold it in closed session when the former mayor already spoke publicly about it? What else are you hiding up there in the GOB?
