Neighborhood Services and Code Compliance has gotten to be one of the lamest departments in the city of Salibury. I think it is time to consolidate some of the departments and get rid of the department heads. They are part of the Tilghman Administration and basically they are a waste of good salaries.
9:55 PM No more true words have ever been printed here. NSCC is created to serve landlords and make the small people want to sell out to them out of frustration.Rules for us and rules for them. This is an example. Is everybody happy with NSCC ?
The city can't even keep city property up to code. I should take some pictures of city property violating the code and bring them to the next council meeting.
NCSS is a joke. It is a total waste of taxpayer money. If budget problems get worse they will surly have to look at the need to keep these people on the payroll. The whold department is a perfect example of government waste.

You are correct. This is the brainchild of Lynn Cathcart, Dinglebarrie Tillman and Bubba Comagees. These people were bought and sold by the slum lords and developers.
The slumlords were the ones who were supposed to be made to comply with the rules and instead they get to enjoy amnesty. If TS is supposed to be apolitical, he needs to start enforcing code on the rental kings' properties. And friends of barries.
Hey they need a landscaper too!
ReplyDeleteYeah that bulding is an ear sore in Salisbury.......Oh you mean the Exxon Station and not PRMC. My bad.
ReplyDeleteEar sore? Thats funny.
ReplyDeleteThat's the service station that always has Bubba Comegys yard signs when he wants to be elected, right?
ReplyDeleteWhere's that hotline for complaints? And where is Tom Stevenson? Probably harassing some poor widow for mold on her siding........
ReplyDeleteGood job Joe

The former mayor probably knows something about TS that would sink his boat and job at NSCC. that's how people like her operate
ReplyDelete7:45 am - nonsense - more code enforcement would occur if the department had more manpower. End of story. Tom is a standup character.
