While they stand on the old Court House Steps selling houses in foreclosure, no one is buying. You have the seller and one witness and no buyers. Yes, the time has come when even the Slumlords aren't even buying.
Welcome to the confidence Obamnomics gives the investor. This is what happens to an economy when the poor are expected to generate growth. This is a perfect example of Obama's trickle no where economics!
Most want cash for these sales. I saw homes in Vegas that were selling for $230,000 selling for $60,000, but you had to have cash.
Most banks would be happy to just get the remainder of the owed mortgage, people that need these deals the most don't have the cash and there is no financing.
Dirt cheap? I doubt it. Behind my house is a home that went into foreclosure and was sold for $57,000. My husband looked into buying it as an investment, and they want $125,000 for it---995 square feet and two bedrooms. Uh, no.
hey joe i was wondering if you could do a follow up on this and see how many got sold and what was left. First time home buyer and wouldnt mind getting a deal instead of paying a grand in rent
County tax sale is today -- LOL!
