    Joe,
    Do you know what the laws are in the county? There has been an inoperable car sitting in the street for months but with current tags. i've made several phone calls and am told nothing can be done with it because it has current tags on it.

    Well if you have to keep the outside of the houses clean, why doesn't Marley Manor have to keep the outside of their buildings clean and free from mold and mildew? I have lived here for a year and it just keeps growing and growing. Shouldn't they have to clean it?

    I like the flyer. It should be sent to new residents so they are aware, moving into the city they may not know. The university should also pass these out to students.
