Easy DUI In Bridgeville



Thhis guy was slumped over passed out in the median strip on Rt 13 and 404 in
Bridgeville. The only thing missing was a Cop.

    Don't the police have to actually see the person driving before they can charge them with DUI?

    11:05, no they don't. This guy is DUI.

    As long as the guy is an actual "physical control" of the vehicle, meaning sitting behind the wheel, he can be arrested. If the guy was sitting in the passenger or the back seat, and he wasn't stupid enough to tell a police office he was alone all night, he wouldn't be found guilty if arrested.
