Very sad. May Heaven embrace them both, and deepest sympathies to Jerry, Monica and the whole family at this sad, sad time.
ReplyDeleteThis is the saddest story I've ever heard. May God give the family strength at this time.
ReplyDeletewhat happened?
ReplyDeleteThis was the young woman in her early 20's who was 8 months pregnant, had a siezure last week, went into cardiac arrest and passed away on the way to the Hospital. They did an emergency operation to deliver the baby but the baby didn't survive either. Very tragic.
ReplyDeleteWords cannot express the sadness I feel and the heartache I have for Katie's husband and family. I went to high school with Katie and know what a sweet, happy girl she was! She was so quiet-natured, pleasant and always walked around with a sweet embracing smile on her face!
ReplyDeleteI prayed for a miracle for little Leilah and realized the hardship she may have encountered growing up without her mommy, but had total faith that God would protect this sweet little angel and leave a piece of Katie behind for her mom, dad and husband. I cannot imagine how difficult it is for you to endure such heartache and loss. However, I am strong in my faith and feel that Leilah is in her Mommy's arms--right where she should be...under the watchful eye and supervision of our Lord Almighty. With the uncertainty, unfairness and wrongdoing in the world around us, they are in a much better place! I have been praying for you and will continue to pray for each and every one of you--that you will find comfort in one another and in the Lord at this time of need. I keep asking myself, "Why" but unfortunately only the Lord knows why. We just have to be humble and know that he's in control and that he's taking good care of your sweet little girls!!! I wish there was something I could do for you...If I could just take your pain away and bring them back--I would DO IT in a HEARTBEAT! God Bless You!!!
My deepest sympathies go out to Jerry,Monica and family Katie was most caring person I've met in a long time she will be so sadly missed,my god be with the family threw the hard times.I'm so so sorry.

ReplyDeleteDeepest sympathies to the Waldron and Smith family. Both Katie and Leilah are beautiful girls whose lives were cut short. I've known Katie since middle school always good natured, funny, hard working wonderful person to be around. She will be greatly missed. To the Waldron/Smith family, I am so happy that you were able to spend the 5 beautiful days with Leihla. Those days will always be cherished. God bless you all!
