Breaking News Story Tomorrow Morning

Salisbury News will break yet another Big Story at 9:05 AM tomorrow morning. Mind you, we have informed the rest of the MSM, (besides the Daily Times) about this story as we felt it was important enough for the public to know. We have told everyone we will not post the story until 9:05 but Salisbury News will be the only source with the evidence to back up the story. It will continue to develop throughout the day and or days to come as it is somewhat complex.

See you at 9:05. I should add, things might be a bit slow tomorrow morning after this story breaks as we'll be at the ethics board meeting at 10:00 AM. We have been told the only charges are now against Terry Cohen and NOT Debbie Campbell, as it should have been from the beginning.

  1. We really don't get it. No one is squeakier clean than Ms. Cohen. Hope she's thinking "DEFAMATION"!

  2. Council members only followed the advice of city legal council. Maybe the next question should be, "Who will our next city attorney be?"

Thanks for opening that can-O-worms fatman.

  3. Cohen pointedly asked Wilber for advice. He refused to give it and said the Ethics Board would have to decide that issue. BS! That's _his_ job and he failed to do it. Fire him! Also, if you remember correctly, the only time the council were asked to vote specifically on the health insurance, was when Gary made the motion to do it. The four members present voted whether to keep the health insurance in the budget. Cohen and Smith voted "no," which was a big risk for Cohen, but she believed it wasn't her place to say wheather the council should have that, it was up to the board that sets compensation and benefits for the council. The only members to vote to keep the health insurance in the budget were Gary and Shanie. Honestly though, with as many times as Gary re-phrased his motion, I don't think either of them knew what they were voting on. The next vote came to decide on the budget as a whole, the health insurance already being a part of it. All four members of council voted for it. So tell me, what exactly is Cohen charged with doing that other members of council didn't also do?

  5. Stupid is as stupid does Gary and Shanie. Gary had the wrong bait on his hook and got caught.

  6. Just saw it on the WBOC. Good for Terry for not taking the bait. Just disgusting those people do this. THIS kind of waste of taxpayer money is a far bigger deal than council members getting health insurance!

Can you just imageine what Terry and Debbie could accomplish if they didn't have these wretches trying to suck them down all the time?

Louise and Gary need to go next election, without fail!
