Wicomico County Sheriff's Office Press Release
Incident: Leaving the Scene of an Accident
Date of Incident: 27 May 2009
Location: West Road at Chippewa Blvd., Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Juvenile, 16, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 27 May 2009 at 5:27 PM, a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office responded to a reported Motor Vehicle Accident in the intersection of West road and Chippewa Blvd. Upon arrival, the deputy discovered a motorcycle lying on its side in the intersection with no operator present. Investigation revealed that the motorcycle rider apparently failed to stop for a stop sign and lost control upon attempting to negotiate the turn onto West Road from Chippewa Blvd. The deputy managed to locate the operator of the motorcycle at Peninsula Regional Medical Center where the operator was being treated for injuries received in the accident. Also during the investigation, the deputy discovered that the operator was a juvenile and did not have a driver’s license.
The juvenile was charged on a juvenile referral and released to a relative pending action by the Department of Juvenile Services
Charges: Driving Without a License
Failure to report Accident to Law Enforcement
Incident: Obstructing and Hindering / Fugitive Arrest
Date of Incident: 28 May 2009
Location: 200 block of Gold Street, Salisbury, MD
Suspect:
1. Daniel T. Wiltbank, 33, Salisbury, MD
2. Jeanine Theresa Mamolito, 26, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 28 May 2009 at 4:50 PM, deputies from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office arrived at a residence in the 200 block of Gold Street for the purpose of locating Jeanine Mamolito on behalf of the Harford County Sheriff’s Office. Mamolito was wanted by Harford County authorities on three Failure to Appear Bench Warrants, two of which were already pre-set at a no bond status. Upon arrival to the residence, the deputies were greeted by Daniel Wiltbank, who denied any knowledge of Mamolito’s presence. Looking though the windows the deputies saw evidence to the contrary that led them to believe Mamolito was present. That along with the fact that Mamolito’s vehicle was in the driveway made it apparent that Mamolito was hiding inside. Wiltbank continued to deny that Mamolito was present and the deputies eventually managed to enter the residence where they found Mamolito hiding in the bathroom.
Wiltbank was arrested for Hindering and Obstructing the deputy and was transported to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, Wiltbank was released by the Commissioner on Personal Recognizance.
Mamolito was arrested on the outstanding Harford County warrants and was held at the Wicomico County Detention Center without bond pending transfer to Harford County.
Charges: (Wiltbank) Hindering and Obstructing
Mamolitio:
Failure to Appear for Traffic Charges
Failure to Appear for Bad Check / Theft
Failure to Appear for Theft
Danny Wiltbank was such a good kid growing up. Sad what he has gotten himself into.
ReplyDeleteThey are both a couple of drug addicted deadbeat dirt bags. They should both be locked up for life.
ReplyDeletesomeone should crak em in the the head with a hammer and take them and their famlies out of misery
ReplyDeleteI know for a fact that she just gave birth to a crack baby and neither one of them want anything to do with the poor little kid. Can you imagine that she kept taking drugs while pregnant? Look at both of these losers on the Maryland Judiciary site and you'll see exactly who and what they are. Neither one of them work so you tell me where they get their money. I also heard that they drive around in a Ford Explorer with no insurance.
ReplyDeleteSome of these comments are hurtful and untrue. I know nothing about Jeanine Mamolito, but I have known Danny Wiltbank his whole life. I'm his Aunt and Danny, with all his faults, is a kind-hearted young man who at this present time is mixed-up, confused, and misguided. I don't make any excuses for Danny; he is responsible for his own actions but Danny was raised by a loving mother and father. His mother is well respected and loved by many people, and I am blessed to call her my best friend. Let me correct one thing: The baby that Jenny gave birth to is not a crack baby; he is a beautiful, intelligent, responsive, happy 3 month old little boy. He is getting the best of care from his grandmother. I pray every day for Danny to open his eyes and realize that he is throwing his life away. I also pray that Jenny will turn her life around. No matter what their problems, they are living, breathing human beings. They have a lot more going for them than the three people who left horrible, hate-filled comments on this site, cowardly hiding behind "Anonymous." Danny, I hope and pray that you and Jenny will find your way back and will learn to live a decent, healthy life..... Needless to say, son, you're not the Danny that I have loved all your life but I will continue to love you, pray for you, and maybe, just maybe I will see my Danny before I leave this earth.... To you people who are so quick to find fault with others, to spew so much hate, to kick people when they're down, I feel sorry for you but will pray that you can change also!
ReplyDeleteI love you Daniel Todd!!
Aunt Moggie
Danny Wiltbank like many of the boys from Parkside he went to school with are heroin addicts. What a waste of a bright young man that had a decent future. Everyone talks trash about Bennett and Wi Hi but no one talks about Parkside and all their drug addicts and drug dealers.
ReplyDeleteMaybe the aunt can answer the question - but I did not think this girl was Dannys girlfriend or the one that just had the baby?
ReplyDeleteAnyway...she is very right, to a certain degree that is. Danny unfortunately is NOT that kind hearted boy anymore. My husband and his brother have been friends with Danny since they were all little boys and while Danny used to be a great guy and a great friend, he turned into someone that lies, uses, and steals from not only from those same friends but from his own mother. I too pray that Danny will wake up...but he has been given so many chances already I feel he is a sad case. To have a child and look into that childs eyes and STILL turn your back to that child and have your mother raise him so he can go out and do drugs is beyond comprehension. I pray for Danny, but I pray more forthe friends that he has stolen from and for that little baby that he and his girlfriend have all but brought into a horrible world. If it were not for his mother, lord only knows...
His girlfriend has now lost custody of not one but two babies due to her drug use. Danny and Jennys families are wonderful, caring people who have been lied to and stolen from by their own children. They have been given so many chances to clean up and get help. They are toxic and not to be trusted at all!
