Editors Note: It has also been reported that another business was broken into in the Court Plaza where they cut through the roof and entered the business that way. Nothing has been reported to be stolen.
Karma is a bitch.
ReplyDelete3:38- thats real mature
ReplyDelete3:46...BUT TRUE
ReplyDeleteSalisbury City had some attempts
ReplyDeleteThis happened Saturday Night. Typical wrong press release from Sherriffs office.
ReplyDeleteAnd the State Police are investigating this. Call them if you know anything.
5:39...we all know this is you John. Did you set this up yourself?
ReplyDeleteI heard he lost over $100,000 worth of jewelry. And had $10,000 in damages.
ReplyDeleteYou mean Mr. know it all didn't have cameras at his place of business?
ReplyDeleteIf you are doing things with the wrong side of the fence,You could have more problems as it all comes to a
ReplyDeletehead
Sounds like John needs to call in his crack shot step dad lawyers, the guys that did this job didn,t know who they were messin with. gettim johnny. he,s a millionare.
ReplyDeleteIve been in robinsons clock shop before, and I didn,t see very much expensive jewelry in there.seemed like some estate stuff[used] old things, like I would see at my Grand parents house.
ReplyDeleteHey Joe! Has JR tried to finger you as the perp in this case yet? LOL!
ReplyDeleteSeriously...everyone needs to grow up! His shop was broken into, cameras were cut off! NO ONE deserves that! I really don't care who you are, the reputation you have, NO ONE deserves it! And as far as the thousands that were taken...maybe you should talk to someone who knows what they are talking about! Its people like you who get rumors started!
ReplyDeleteIt,s the police depts fault,They would,nt give Barney Fife robinson his Bullet since he almost shot himself in the foot. come on Andy? can I have my bullet back?????.
ReplyDelete539 you are wrong sheriff's office has one report and msp has one STFU
ReplyDeleteTwo Words:
ReplyDeleteINSURANCE
SCAM
i know people have their differences with john, but come on. If it was any other local business there would be posts about leads and suspects, and how the police dont protect any of the people or businesses in this town, and how the crime rate around here is out of control.
ReplyDeleteI don't care who owns the business, this stuff has got to stop. Everyday we hear of shootings, robberies, burlaries, assaults, etc. It's out of control and something needs to be done.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure Robinson has insurance but that's not the point. His place of business has been violated. His property has been stolen. I'm sorry for his misfortune, as much as I am for anyone else that has to deal with these situations. Thankfully, it was robbed after business hours and no one was hurt.
His business isn't doing that well. I bet he knows more than what he's claiming.
ReplyDelete6:03 By the time the claim gets filed it'll be 500K in "jewelry" and 200K in damages. Somebody has to pay for all those skateboards and t-shirts!!
ReplyDelete9:13 Don't forget about all that advertising on the radio and lawyers' retainers---- that's a big chunk right there!!!!
ReplyDeleteAnon 817 John has told people 3 different storys so far the truth will come out, john has got big problems he has bit off more than he can chew. he told his landlord that his skate board shop was broken in also but no police report, so you tell me whats going on Anon 817?
ReplyDeleteI hear Robinson is afraid to report anything stolen.
ReplyDeleteThank God I didn't have anything sitting there to be worked on. From here on out I'm only shopping where they can do the work on the spot and I can take it with me.
ReplyDeleteanonymous 9:47,
ReplyDeleteYou make an interesting point. The Police Report clearly says there was a break in as well as damage. I spoke with John earlier and he seemed quite upset that the Police Report is all wrong and claims there was no damage and nothing stolen. He said he was not burglarized.
Now with all due respect, I hear one thing from the Police and another from Mr. Robinson. Not that I care, I had nothing in the business there to worry about anyway. It just seems off that I too heard that their other business was broken into. In fact, I heard they cut through the roof to gain entry. That's some serious stuff right there.
The big question is, why did they target TWO of his businesses and not any other business there in Court Plaza? What I also found very strange is that John slept in the business the entire night last night because his front door was smashed in. They didn't learn until around 3:00 this afternoon that someone had cut through the roof in their other business?????
I have to agree, something just isn't right here. Again, not that it's any of our business, it just sounds strange.
did an alarm go off or maybe his alarm was not up to date. like in paid for?
ReplyDeleteSounds like some one needs money, hope he gets some.
ReplyDeleteJohn told me tonight that he doesn't just have "one" alarm company, he has "two" alarm companies set up there. In all the years I had been in business, I have never heard of anyone having two different alarm companies, have any of you?
ReplyDeleteI know two people that have had there businessin the court plaza, and have stated that Robinson has more drama than a soap .
ReplyDeleteYou would think John would shut up after making so many differt statments He,s his own wors,t enemey
ReplyDeleteFor an insurance company to pay off there must be a police report on what was stolen.
ReplyDeleteseems to me that if both his buisnesses were broken into and no others that he was beng targeted. Disgruntled employee, customer, competitor? If nothing was taken then it seems like vandalism just to mess with him. i was in the store today to get a pewter plate and there was definitly broken showcases. he said they fixed the door already
ReplyDeleteNo burgler alarm? No camera's with all the inventory he is claiming? I bet the insurance company will be doing their own investigating before they cut a check!
ReplyDeleteHope he has reciepts for all the claims, insurance companies aren't stupid.
I hate to say it but something is fishy! I was in dropping off my jewelry and came back later in the week to pick it up and both times I saw a guy taking pictures of both John's store fronts! He was not acting like he should have been doing it either, he was a little sneeky about it!
ReplyDeleteIseen the same guy, just a little ago.he said he was CIA or FBI. pink shirt, walked like a girl.very paranoid about somthing.
ReplyDeletenot the same guy i saw
ReplyDeleteI saw the same guy on monday walking around the empty lot behind Robinson's store. Him and another odd looking fella were searching the tall grass, looking for clues ?????
ReplyDeleteSounds like JR's off his meds again. Or maybe some self medication of some kind? Paranoid is a good sign of crack or cocaine abuse.
ReplyDeleteThe owner of the clock store, must have hired private investigaters to get to the bottom of the big mystery of what realy happend. guys with cameras looking for clues?
ReplyDeleteCash for Gold? Maybe someone didn,t like the deal they got so they got there gold back the hard way?
ReplyDeleteIs this man under Doctors care? Sounds like he needs to be.
ReplyDeleteJewelery stores don't give you crap for used jewlery and gold.
ReplyDeleteI took an antique white gold wedding ring with 9 diamonds that belonged to my godmother to see what it was worth. I didn't take it to JR, however took it to several jewlery stores here in Salisbury and to O'Neal's in Laural.
I'd give it away for free for someone to wear as a toe ring before I let them have it for next to nothing! Bunch of crooks, all of them.
