It's been another excellent day in comments. So far we have accepted 340 comments for just today's Posts. Yesterday's totals have risen to 428 comments. Most other Blogs get 10 to 15 comments a day, just to give you an idea of the difference.
I want to forewarn everyone once again, comments with all capitol letters are being rejected. So if you're complaining about not seeing your comments going up, now you know why. I did let a couple go up on the Mardela Marching Band Post because I knew these people were new to the Blogs and they probably weren't aware of the rules.
Anyhow, the more comments and discussion we receive, the more this Blog becomes more about you. The whole point of offering this service to everyone is to get people to participate and make a difference to our communities. The more you're involved and express your opinion, the more affective you become.
Mind you, you're keeping us VERY busy. Each comment has to be read and then we go through the process of putting them through or rejecting them. Yesterday, for example, we had at least 600 comments come through. We also put up 42 Posts for the day. Then there was the running around taking pictures, writing stories, going to meetings, fielding phone calls, it was one heck of a day. Actually, almost every day is like that any more but the time flies and when we get results like today's County Council decision or the one last week with the City Council and Urban Salisbury, it makes it all worth while.
So keep your comments coming Folks and we truly thank you for all the support you're giving Salisbury News.
