True that, except that we'd still need to check their website to keep them honest...or at least so that we know what kind of misinformation that's there each day.

ReplyDeleteObituaries are news stories about someone's life written after that person's death. These stories carry a reporter's byline.
ReplyDeleteDeath Notices are what people commonly refer to as "obits" - but those are paid for, just like a classified ad, and must run in print exactly as submitted by family or friends.
