Dover -- The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces that the existing signal at the intersection of Route 13 and Townsend Boulevard in Dover will go dark on Thursday, April 23 from 10 p.m. to 3 a.m. to convert the signal to a new box span. The work hours are adjusted to accommodate heavy traffic conditions. There will be straight through movement on Route 13 southbound and northbound only. During this time, the side streets at the intersection will have right turns only.
