    There's a place on 13N halfway to Dover that always floods when it rains - next to the car auction place. All that water from those acres of blacktop funnel right into the roadway. Lots of accidents there, yet they never have addressed the problem.

    hey i heard that it was raining in salisbury today too so the roads might be wet there as well!! be care full i heard there is cars on the road too OHHHHH MMMYYYY

    Anon 3:04. Welcome to the eastern shore. A friends workplace has down spouting that empties onto the walkways that lead into the building. A few years ago several people fell, a few broke bones. Guess what, its still that way today. Gotta love the slower pace here.
