  6. are #1 males the same as the aa males? 50 years of the democraps giving a free handout and still not satisfied! they all need to listen to bill crosbys words of wisdom and learn a thing or two.

  7. 10:20, I highly doubt all the deputies will be furloughed at the same time, but nice try. And, we still have Maryland's Finest, the Maryland State Police to protect us. Go Voice!

  12. Joe, this is the third time these guys have done this. They seem to target right after 9 at night and close to route 50. The first one was the gas station at hobbs rd and old ocean city. The second was Arbys on route 50 by city park. Now the gas station by nutters. They seem to be moivng east. It seems the cop's are not saying much.

  13. Anonymous 10:34 is wrong to stereotype the perps. Even if 80% of the crime is committed by a distinct group of people, you are turning then into victims whether you like it or not. Come across as a racist and sooner or later, the robbery becomes justified by those in power. Do us all a favor and keep this discussion about actions and accountability. I say send these guys to prison for a long time, not WCDC for work release. That will start to send a message.

  14. Too bad we can't contaminate all those crack bags with the swine flu, however that would be a terrorist act. Hey! A lot of that stuff moves threw Mexico, we should only he so lucky.

Speaking of swine flu make sure to wash hands well after handling money! Cashiers have been keeping hand sanitizer beside their cash registers for years, long before this current swine flu outbreak.

REPENT! The End is Coming - It always has been!

How will the county be more unsafe when a deputy is off on a furlough day than when the same deputy is off on vacation, sick leave, comp time, holiday,or his/her birthday? The only difference is those are days off with pay; a furlough is unpaid leave, just like for all other county employees.

  16. 7:23 - I've got a flash for you: There's nothing sacred about rich people. There's nothing sacred about Nutters. In fact, didn't the Bible say "Blessed are the poor?"
