  4. Fat Boy is messing his pants and trying to put down Joe with an off-hand comment made by the Judge. Can you imagine what he would have said if Jonathan were being sued (now that's an idea worth considering)

  5. Ladies and Gentlemen Albero is working the double jab as Tilghman goes up on the ropes. Albero upper cuts and my God what a left cross...TILGHMAN GOES DOWN, TIGHMAN GOES DOWN,12345678910, your out. LADIES and GENTLEMEN its been one heck of a bout and the new champion is "Joey Albero".

  6. Good times! The judge basically said this wasn't even a close call. And I get to write this thanks to the judge's ruling today! Ain't democracy great? Now Mrs Tilghman, please leave us alone and take Mike Dunn with you.

  7. Details Joe - KO, TKO, Unanimous Decision or split decision?

  8. Joe:

    Countersue her, now, please!

  9. IS ANYONE GOING TO WRITE MS TILGHMAN A "THANK YOU" LETTER?

    ReplyDelete
  10. Judge said Joe and his commenters need to get a life and he told BPT if she couldn't stand the heat to get out of the kitchen. ROFL

  11. What Barrie never learned as a child:

    Live by the sword, and
    you'll die by the sword.

  12. The judge said that what Tilghman's side cited as "defamatory" was actually very mild compared to what politicians throughout US history have had to deal with. In other words: get over it! It was pretty funny.

  13. Did Pammie O. testify -- she's listed as a witness for BPT?

Who's the guy named Lutz also listed as a witness for Barrie?

  14. Nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, hey, hey, hey goodbye. What a send off to her new life. HURRAY!!! Let's see it's only 2 so I would say that her a$$ is going to be parked on a bar stool somewhere in the very near future.

  15. Joe won today because shes a public citizen, but my sources tell me he would loose hands down against a private one.

  16. 2:11 that could be true, however that is irrelevant. Coulda woulda shoulda...if she was not a public citizen she wouldnt even be in the situation. get over it.

  18. Les Lutz is the guy that said he built the deck.

211 if that's the case then that fat blogger should shut down today because there are many that could sue him and win. Slander, defamation, stalking of private citizens, the list keeps growing.

  19. Suck it up, Barrie! Heh,heh, heh!!

    ReplyDelete
  20. Did Lutz live here when it was built?

  21. The judge needs to get a life. This is America. The people have a right to freedom of speach. This is not a goverment controlled media source. So to the take a hard look in the mirror and remember who you represent. I bet he is reads this himself. LOL

Way to go Joe. Stand tall.

  22. Jonathan:

    Happy now, Fatso?

    ReplyDelete
  23. Jonathan goes after private citizens far more than Joe ever did, and if there is anyone who risks a real defamation suit, it is that guy. That being said, Joe beat a public official who filed a lawsuit while she was still in office! Her lawyers must have been pretty bad to suggest that she even had a case. Maybe she should sue them now.

  24. 2:35-

Was it the same legal team that defended "Casey at the bat" several years ago?

  29. Doesn't really go with this article, but another blood bath at local radio group Clear Channel. When is it all going to stop? PD of 96 Rock and Kiss 105.5 who also did afternoons on 96 Rock, PD and afternoon person on Q 105, Morning DJ and PD from the Wave 92.1, Co-Host of 96 Rock morning show, and a couple more. They really lost some more great people.

  30. Hey Joe, since you've made her eat her words...could you PLEASE make her wear a BRA????? eeeewwwwww....

  31. The hits just keep on coming for the Tighlman Team! First their candidates get crushed by huge margins in the election, and now this. I believe it was the prophet Kenny Rogers who said "You gotta know when to fold 'em." That time is now. The citizens want change, please just let us have it. Mike Dunn is obviously thinking of running for county council, the Gang of Three is trying to decide how obstructionist to be on the city council, but we have had enough. The old guard needs to step aside graciously and let the change begin so this community can heal.

  32. The house of cards is REALLY coming down now, brick by FUGGIN' brick. No Dunn, No Cathcart, No Jacobs, No Rapp, No Tighlman, Gary can't look anyone in the face the loser.

Jim and the council agreed on Salisbury Urban with a unanimous 4-0 vote. God Bless Terry I know she probably wanted to be there but I'm glad she's where she is and the job got done!

Heck I'm really impressed with Jim Ireton's first 7 days in office and kudos to the council as a whole for working this out.

There was a mentally handicapped kid named Carlos that used to work at Worcester County Humane Society and he trained the rescues. My rescue will heel even when I throw the ball and I tell him to stay he won't co until I say "Go."

I'm the kind of person that believes everyone is good at something, just like Carlos. People don't like to hear it but Debbie Campbell is a fiscal Hawk and that is what she does best, she's known nationwide. It's a shame we couldn't get more people to listen to her a long time ago.

I have mixed feelings seeing John Pick leave, if he had just had bigger stones but he probably wouldn't have had a job if he did. He's always been very cordial and polite to me, unlike the mayor.

Can you imagine working for that Shrew for all those years? I'd have been in jail for biting off a piece of her dang ear!

  33. Maybe Lard Butt will say something that will cause the judge to decide to sue his Tub-O-Chicken bucket.
