I have been confronted by many people asking me if I'd be interested in renting out Office Space at 300 W. Main Street at the end of the Downtown Plaza. Two gentlemen recently asked me if I'd be willing to rent each one of them an office each and I have agreed to do so. That being said, I will be renting out office space by the office. Each office is much larger than a normal sized offices and the offices with windows have very high ceilings and great exposure. The more people that rent offices, the less the gas & electric bill will be for each person.
They are talking about perhaps one Receptionist in which each office would share the cost of such a position, if they so choose. They'd like to do the same with a Copier Machine and so forth.
There is a small kitchenette and two bathrooms on the main floor.

ReplyDeleteThose windows put my father in the E.R. One of the old ones fell out while he was replacing it, and shattered on him. Gave him an 11" gash on his arm. (He worked on the building when it was rehabbed back in the 80's...)
