Salisbury's Newest Senior Apartments - Rent From $314/month

Dear Friend:

Please join me and our leasing staff from 10 to 3 on Thursday, March 26, 2009 at Victoria Park at Sassafras Meadows for a Special Preview & Hard Hat Tour!

Victoria Park at Sassafras Meadows is an independent, active adult, affordable housing project consisting of 80 one and two bedroom apartments located off of Marquis and Queen Avenues in Salisbury, MD. Victoria Park is an ideal community for those 62+ years old who are struggling to stay in their homes because utility costs are continuing to rise or they are ready to downsize from their home because the stairs, taxes, yard or overall upkeep is too much for them. Our spacious 1 and 2 bedroom units will have rents starting at $314/ month. This is a great time to open this project during such a tough time. Think of your neighbors, family, friends, or possibly even yourself. The economy may not be the best right now, but in light of such, we are offering two specials which include a waived application fee for the month of March, and up to three months free on top of already amazingly reasonable rents to help jump start an improving 2009! We are currently accepting applications at our temporary leasing office (information is below).

Although Victoria Park at Sassafras Meadows is not entirely photo ready at the moment, you may view our most recent, nearly identical, project in Frederick County that opened 6 months ago: Victoria Park at Walkersville

Please stop by the temporary leasing office anytime for further information, located at:

  1. Is this Mike Dunn's sweet deal?

  2. Yes, Dunn's deal.

I have nothing against the folks doing this project.

Does make me mad that this was supposed to be over 250 units of this type of housing.

If Debbie Campbell hadn't raised the bait and switch flag, the number of senior housing units would have been ZERO!

  3. They are still developing this project and only this portion will be so called "affordable senior housing." This was a major scam in Salisbury and Wicomico County. This is part of that illegal pipe stem annexations.

Who would want to drive through a crime infested ghetto to get to their new home? NOT ME!!

Oh yeah, don't forget to include Tom Ruark in this scam.
