On March 3, 2009 at approximately 9:44 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police served an arrest warrant on the below listed subject for violation of a protective order. The arrest warrant charges the subject with a violation of the order on three (3) separate occasions. In addition, the subject was also found to be wanted an outstanding Wicomico Co. District Court Bench Warrant for failing to appear in court and a Somerset County District Court arrest warrant for controlled dangerous substance violations.

On March 4, 2009 at approximately 6:00 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police received a call to respond to the Food Lion Store on Tilghman Road for the report of a disorderly subject. Upon arrival the officers met with store employees who advised that the below listed suspect had entered the store and began yelling profanities at customers. The officers met with the suspect who refused to quit yelling at other customers despite his removal from the property. While in the area of the officers, the suspect was also observed throwing items on the ground.
ARRESTED: Keith Edward Olshefski, 44 years of age Salisbury, Maryland
CHARGES:
Disorderly conduct
Intoxicated in public
Littering
