Road Conditions Are Treacherous

If you do not have to be out and about tonight, DON'T! Right now with the wind chill it's a mere 9 degrees outside. Our road has had plows down it all day and this is what's left. It will be in the single digits all night and at 5:00 AM tomorrow it will feel like 4 degrees out. My prediction is, no school tomorrow.

  3. That was too girly of a comment for me to make but I must admit we just put all new bird seed in the feeders.

  4. Im always way ahead of you Joe, Im not and animal lover but they are part of nature and deserve compassion. The wind will be a factor tonight. I hope the pea-cock that lives behind us at the forclosed house makes it thru.(spl).

  5. Joe, how about you pack up the family in one of those 14 vehicles, get a good head start at about 70mph, and drive off that road into a tree? Please?

  6. Mr. McIntyre, how about you meet me tonight some place and we discuss it one on one?

  10. Joesph McIntyre, why don't you pack your butt with sand and make pretend that you just got back from the beach!

  12. I don't know about the elections, but I can tell you that the plows have been busy, but with the winds blowing snow and repeatedly covering the roads to an icy sheet -- it's bad out there.

If you can avoid going out, don't go. Tomorrow morning will be worse than today.

  13. McIntyre is the random "feel good" internet name generator response of the day for degenerates such as Al Guidry, the Rev. Wright, or Jonathan Taylor. Something tells me he is just upset because he can't get good traction on negligently unplowed city sidewalks today and his wheel just keeps spinning and spinning and spinning and spinning until there is no need whatsoever to even hear the sound of his little wheels anymore. Then he will have to realize after all his animosity that life in the city he lives seems to suddenly always be an uphill struggle once you have alienated everyone. Sound cool?

  16. Well then, "Little Mc" should realize if that IS his real name in such a small town and he wants to spout out such inflammatory non-sense in a public forum; some of us might bust out his chicklets if he had the balls to say that to our face. Some of us might be Googling how we can have a more initimate discourse with him even as we speak. Then we will find out if a jury will convict us once his 5:56 IP comment is admitted into evidence-right about the time he can eat solid food again. Joe if I were you; I would invite Ms. McInwad to a free invite at Fernando's gym for a little 3 two-minute rounds pow-wow-they never accept. Nuthin' but f'in maries down there! Aren't you McPoser??

  17. Why dont you move to Salisbury instead of avoiding higher property taxes.

    ReplyDelete
  18. I don't avoid higher taxes fool. I own 300 W. Main Street on the Downtown Plaza where taxes are more than $5,000.00 a year. What do YOU pay in the City for taxes? Not that much, right fool? Go to PRMC and get the shoe taken out of your mouth.

  19. Not to worry. I hear he's a volunteer Firefighter at Station 16 with little man syndrome.

  20. BTW the only photo of a local McIntyre I can find is of a small, pathetic independent laboring company where they have to climb their own trees like monkeys to satisfy the limited contracts they have to stave of their own family's starvation. Go to your corner and don't hunt what you can't kill, little boy unskilled laborer.

  22. Google his father's name and enjoy from there. Let the son's ignorance/hatred bring widespread disgrace to his father's/familiy's work and legacy at Green Hill Country Club. The "little boy" should have to face daddy for acting like a total tool-HE is the one ruining daddy's legacy and all the support networks he wants to endorse {in a down economy where it is very easy to forget your loser names anyway}. Oh, well-the world is going to continue to need ditch diggers, too!! {I got some more internet quarters, little punk, if you want to play some more-go apologize to your daddy-and you should probably come back here and be contrite and apologize as well- for the shame you have caused in front of this entire community!!}

  24. Does anyone know if Joseph McIntyre really wrote that comment? It's easy to put anyone's name on a comment and let them take the blame because the real commenter doesn't have the guts to put his or her own name when making threats. I don't know how it made it to this post, Joe must have been really busy to let that one get past him.

  25. If that IS the case-a "true" McIntyre will appear here and apologize for the ugliness and OVERWHELMINGLY disclaim the hate speech behind it. I believe you may have the address phone number if you want to try to verify with them directly. That type of comment is completely unacceptable and even if I heard someone say it about an adversary of mine I would take a personal interest in seeing them take a tremendous beating.

  27. roads seem worse than normal with a storm like this. i wonder if the county and state are holding back plows due to budget cuts. just a thought.

  28. thank goodness for the weather, taking a bite out of crime.

  29. I'm so jealous, you saw snow plows??? We live in the City of Fruitland and pay BOTH city and county taxes. We haven't seen any plowing or salting AT ALL, and even this morning the ice was several inches thick on residential streets. My in-laws live in the county on a dead end street with 10 houses, and their road has been plowed twice. Meanwhile, our neighborhood of 100+ houses remains untouched. I have NO IDEA where our tax money goes!!!?!?!?!?! It's robbery.
