Vote For The RAM Restaurant Awards-Support The Eastern shore!

Dear Co-workers & Friends,

I am emailing you to ask for your support of Eastern Shore Restaurants!

The Restaurant Association of Maryland (RAM) is inviting the dining public (yup-that's you!!) to vote for this year’s “Stars of the Industry”. Each year RAM honors Maryland Restaurants for their excellence demonstrated in and out of the kitchen as well as their service to the local communities.

The Eastern Shore has gotten lots of nominations- but the competition is fierce and every vote counts! (Voting ends Feb 27, 2009)

  1. Delmar Chorus Boosters are having a fund raiser at the Greene Turtle today in support of the Delmar High School and Middle School musical groups. The Greene Turtle will donate 10% of today's receipts as part of the Funds for Friends charitable giving program. Why not check out Maryland's favorite today?

  2. The Greene Turtle may be the worst restaurant in Salisbury. First time I went I was like blah maybe I just didn't get the right thing. Gave it another try and all my friends are looking at each other swearing we will never eat there again.

The service was great but they need to work on the food at this location.
I have enjoyed the Frederick and Ocean City locations and the quality of food is in a whole different ballpark.

Just some constructive criticsm from my experiences.

  3. Thank goodness some of my most favorite secret, secret, spots aren't on the list. You can put my head in a vice-and I'm not giving up the names of my pubs; the last thing I need is to struggle for the last barstool with someone who orders a diet coke {and no food} and then tells the bartender the music is too loud and we should turn the hockey game off to watch the stock market tank some more....
