  2. I was at the mall 12 or 13 years ago when the shooting happened. I was in line to get my step kids picture taken with Santa when the shots rang out. I made my wife and step kids lay down and I laid on top of them as the little punks ran by us. Messed up night that i will never forget.

  4. The city police around here are more interested in my seat belt then catching these violent animals on the street.

  5. Thats because the average height of a City of Salisbury Police Officer is 5'-2". They are afraid of the real criminals. State cop rejects.

  6. Fife your right when I was a child a police officer had to be at least 6 feet tall with weight proportionate to height. They lowered the standards of both physical and intelligence thus we all suffer today.

  7. OMG! What's wrong with you people? Those selfless individuals who, TRULY risk their lives every day for an embarassingly small paycheck protecting us from and working to solve crime that their boss denies the existance of here in SBY are being criticized because they're too short?
Get rid of Webster, make a county-wide agency with more officers concentrated in the city, let Mike Lewis run it, and save the taxpayers money and grief. And get real. Any ONE of those people, short or not, could kick your butt anytime they want. Barehanded.

  8. We all know this is not in Salisbury because Maryland doesn't have a right to carry law. Maryland is in the top seven states where it is hard to get a concealed weapon permit. Just saying self defense is not enough. You have to have a documented reason to carry like you transport lots of cash or something like that. I guess that is why all the drug dealers have guns, but we are not allowed to defend ourselves. And God-forbid you shoot a burglar that breaks into your house in the middle of the night and wound him. Because not only will he sue you and you will support him the rest of your life but you will go to jail as well. That's the truth If you don't believe me do the research. If he doesn't have a gun or they think you you should have ran or gotten out of there you are screwed. Yeah that's good ole Maryland law.
