Cynthia Polk Is Someone To Keep An Eye On Too For District 1

While you have the opportunity to vote for two people in the primaries in Salisbury, a smart bet is Mr. Tim Chaney and Cynthia Polk. Send a message to this Mayor and the rest of Salisbury that change is necessary in order to start moving forward. Cynthia Polk seems dedicated as well and the two best people who actually deserve to battle it out for the District 1 seat is again, Tim Chaney and Cynthia Polk.
While I personally like Shanie Shields as a person, she doesn't belong representing this District. I do not believe she has spent any time truly studying the Budget and has voted many times as a puppet for the Mayor. Read Cynthia's brochure. Call her and ask her what she can do for your District. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. It's time for change.

  1. Is she related to Rachael?

  2. It's got to be someone besides Shanie Shields, but Tim Chaney has my vote.

And this is where you are wrong. Rachel Polk was one of the best Council Members this city has ever had. I wish she was running again.

  6. What does Cynthia Polk do as a self-employed businesswoman? Do you know, Joe?

  7. Many of Polks signs can be found at vacant rental houses and she's not going door to door, what gives? Another louweasl as a backup, this is one corrupt city.

Don't trust anyone that all of a sudden comes out of nowhere to run for election. Where was she when the condo deals went down? The river spills? Growth not paying for growth? Why wasn't she complaining? Another slumlord supporter?

Looks like she has no intentions of representing the minority district at all just like Shanie. Why else would her signs be placed on the property of SOPOA?

It will be interesting to see who her contribution people really are. Is that public record as the campaign goes on or not released until after the election? That will speak volumes if anyone gets wind of her true supporters.

  8. If this is the same Cynthia Polk, and I believe it is, that worked at Dresser Industries, do yourselves a big favor and vote for Tim Chaney. I know nothing about him, but he would have to do a better job than someone who never gave 8 hours work in one day while getting paid. Imagine how little she'll do on that salary!
