I think it is truly ironic how Al-Qaeda says that Obama is killing his bothers and sisters (Muslim) and the liberal press says that Obama is not a Muslim. Who is correct here? Al-Qaeda regards Obama as a Muslim obviously.
My point posting this video was to show that Obama does have it in him to do what Bush did in Iraq. He will fight back. At least I'd like to think he would.
Joe, What is your point? There was nothing inarticulate in Obama's speech. And who would Reagan have slammed, by the way? Reagan has this really undeserved rep as a tough guy--what was his response when 100+ Marines were killed in Lebanon? Anyone remember that?
I find it interesting that, as Obama speaks out on so many issues, he always inserts "We have only one President." I think it is inappropriate for him to be making these kinds of statements until Jan. 20 at noon; until then, George Bush, like him or not, is in charge.
Obama is our next President and even though some of us may not like his views I will accept him as such. The point I was making is Al-Qaeda is apparently embracing him as a Muslim leader of the USA and I find that very ironic that Obama fought to cut those ties during the election.
1:08 p.m....Obama has held off saying too much because he is respecting Bush's time in the office.
Obama is also taking a LOT of heat for NOT saying more because Bush has shown no leadership on this dangerous situation. Knock the French all you want, but their president is at least making some headway.
So, as the inaugural draws closer, the crisis continues, Obama is saying as much as he can that IS appropriate because people DO forget that he is NOT president YET.
Thank you, Earl's Sister. I have not doubted that Obama can set aside trying to play "nice" and turn tough when he needs to. Appreciate your sharing this clip to make that point.
Well at least hes on tape supporting isreal huh. So when he "changes" his support over to his muslim brothers , as was mentioned, dont any of you who voted for this novice politician be upset when osama stops the smoke screen double talk and just comes right out and point blank tries to switch our government over to a socialist one. People HAVE tried to wake you up from your trances.
We are Israel. Don't you folks realize who runs our government, media, and entertainment industries? Come on. I know you are not that stupid. No American President is going to fail to support Israel in their struggle to exterminate the Muslims.
See what happens when you've got no teleprompter!
ReplyDeleteNow mind you, Bush is just as bad, so it's not a RACIST remark to those IDIOTS who want to attack me.
Everything I saw was NOT Presidential coming out of his mouth. Regan would have slammed them, period. Big difference. Put your seat belts on Folks.
