Home Depot Says, Go For It!
This morning we reached out to Dan Silverman, (General Manager of Home Depot) and asked permission to park vehicles in their parking lot for the upcoming “Bonfire for Brooke”. Dan said, no problem at all, park all the cars you want there. Thanks You Dan and Thank You Home Depot!
Now, we are still looking for a couple of minivans to help shuttle attendees. This may not be needed but would be very important if several hundred people decided to attend.
A special thanks also goes out to Mr. Pete Richardson for donating $250.00 towards the event. I have seen Pete Richardson and Doug Marshall come together several times during these events and my hat is tipped to BOTH of these fine gentlemen. You're stand up guys who set the example of rebuilding our communities and coming together for a better cause.
This event will take place this Friday:
What: A Bonfire for Brooke
Where: 2825 N. Salisbury Blvd, Salisbury, MD 21801
When: Friday, Jan 16 4:30pm - until
Maybe one of the school bus contractors would be able to donate their time to run attendees?
ReplyDeleteIt's nice to see the community reaching out and helping Brooke in her time of need, keep up the good work Salisbury!
