  1. thank you for the service of posting these type of items. i am a stay-at-home mom living around the corner from middleneck, and i don't have time to sit with the paper - i only am able to grab a few moments to skim your blog. i wouldn't have known about this incident if you hadn't posted it, and it will make me more alert when i take the stroller out to walk around the neighborhood.

this is such a quiet area of town, really - i hate to see it go the way of the city-like crime rates and violence sweeping salisbury as a whole. such a terrible shame.

  3. As the economy worsens this type of thing will get more and more frequent. 2009 is going to be a bad year.

  4. Crime has been bad, just doesn't get reported. Go check out the cases in the courthouses. Juveniles are doing violent crimes and those definitely are on the rise. Generations of defendants. Way to bring up those kids.
