I love the way this is worded. From my own experience, I would bet that a officer pushed the suspect into another officer and they claimed that the suspect committed of 2nd degree assult on a officer. It is a very old police technique to draw a charge. I'm only surprized they didn't follow up with a resisting arrest charge. This is how this sort of play is finished off. I only wish I were on the jury to foil this type of police corruption that has been practiced by all our police depts. The sharriff dept. included.
ReplyDeleteAnd they cry about being mis-treated. The corruption and above the law attitude has to end . And alot of the bogus crime would follow. I for one am sick to no end of this back woods set ups by our wonderful cops. One day we all have to pay for the shit we do....cops included.
or you can just give a local "standout" cop sexual favors for leniency.
ReplyDeletejust a word on the street, no proof.... yet.
