The Salisbury Christmas Parade starts at 2:00 today at the Twilley Center and down Mt. Hermon Road. DRESS WARM!!!!

DRESS WARM! Boy was that an understatement!!! I cannot put into words how cold it was! Pulling a float you miss most of the parade, but there were many spectators and parade participants that braved the frigid weather to be a part of Salisbury's Christmas celebration. By the way, did everybody see Cathy's Pet Salon & Spa's new location along the parade route on Mt. Hermon Road? Merry Christmas everyone! Cathy-Jo

What a surprise. I took my son to Bennet Middle at 12:30 and a teacher outside held a sign that read "NO PARADE DUE TO WEATHER"

I was surprised at the judges choices for winners. I thought the cub scouts from Hebron had a great float and were very cute. They had some marching and some on the float. I think they should of won.
