Monster Truck Winter Nationals and Thrill Show Drives into Civic Center

Salisbury- Bigfoot, the King of Monster Trucks, is coming to the Wicomico Youth & Civic Center for the Monster Truck Winter Nationals and Thrill Show. Bigfoot and the nation’s top Monster Trucks will drive into the Wicomico Youth & Civic Center on Friday, January 30 and Saturday, January 31 for three performances on Friday at 7:30pm and Saturday at 2:00pm and 7:30pm. Tickets are on sale now for this spectacular thrill ride brought to you by Checkered Flag Productions.
This year’s Monster Truck Winter Nationals and Thrill Show offers something for everyone with its show stopper ingredients. Last year’s champion Amsoil Shock Therapy along with Equalizer, Hot Tamale, Ragin Rebel and Excalibur will join Big Foot in the arena for side by side racing and freestyle contests. Three lucky spectators will be picked from the audience to judge this year’s Freestyle Contest. Transauras, the ten ton metal mangling, fire breathing, car eating robotic dinosaur will also be a part of the action.
Fans can become a part of the show by registering for the Tuff Trucks Competition. Local and area Hot Rodders can compete with their pick-ups and Jeeps through a timed obstacle course. For information on how to register call 940-683-4742 or visit www.checkeredflagproductions.com.

Tickets for the Friday and Saturday 7:30pm performance are $17 for adults and $10 for children 12 and under when purchased in advance. Seats to the Saturday matinee (2:00pm) are $15 for adults and $10 for children 12 and under when purchased in advance. VIP Reserved Seats are available for all three shows. VIP seats are $25 plus fees and include a special Pre-Show Pit Party Pass. Upper level seats are $10 for children and $19 plus fees for adults and only $15 for adults for the Saturday matinee.
