Narrative: On 14 November 2008 at 8:50 PM, a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence in the 4000 block of Joseph Drive in Eden for a report of an individual walking around the neighborhood brandishing a handgun. The deputy entered the residence where Jones supposedly had gone and located both Jones and the revolver which had been hidden in the tank of a toilet.
