The deputy then checked a photograph of Von Kollmar and then showed the same photo the individual denying being Von Kollmar. In addition to the warrant, the deputy also charged Von Kollmar with making a false statement to a law enforcement officer.

  2. A little off subject but this morning I was taking my wife to the Doctors and was turning off Naylor Mill Road onto Rt50 when a van was traveling west bound in the east bound lane and both a WCSO and a MSP police cars drove past the van like nothing was wrong...too cold to get out of the car this morning I guess. I got the id numbers from both police cars but not sure what to do because as it turns out I know one of the officers. I can not complain about one and not the other. What would you do?

  5. Hey lance,
were the officers on duty or off? if they were on, they might have been in route to a call and couldn't stop. maybe they saw the van and called it in over the radio. if they were off duty, i agree, they should have stopped. there's one thing about driving off duty, you're never off duty

  6. are people really that dumb that they think the police dont have a picture of them. if you have a driver's license, there is a picture of you on file. don't lie to the police. it makes you look like a bigger ass than what you are for getting arrested for in the first place

  7. I cannot for the life of me understand why anyone would want to take oxycodone for anything other than pain. As someone who has suffered back pain for 20 years before finally having spinal fusion, having a degenerative comdition in my back and bursitis in my hip, I've taken a lot of oxycodone, and believe me, if there ever was a thrill, it's gone. I hate having to take the stuff. Just can't see why people risk jail time for it.

  8. I didnt know K9 dogs could smell pills that could actually be legal to certain people. If there was the smell of illegal drugs coming from the vehicle where are they discussed in the report? This seems kind of fishy.

  10. to the person at the top, you don't know dustin or his brother so don't act like you do. dustin has a prescription for oxycodone & can easily show a prescription and MRI. so instead of talkin down on stuff you know NOTHING about, don't say anything at all unless you know THE WHOLE STORY. & hes had minor marijuana charges in the past... with minor amounts. its funny how ppl can murder ppl and get outta jail and when someone gets pulled over with something they have a prescription for ppl are runnin their mouth sayin "put them away put them away"

so please know what your talking about before talking down on people that you obviously don't know that much about.

or let me guess, you heard his name around, right? yeah.. because everything everyone says is always true. theres no such thing as rumors or shit talkin?

if you really think you know him or hear about him so much, then get his number from the ppl you hear about him from and give him a call, he'll inform you and you can tell him what you think

  11. wow this is to "Brittany" who must be ONE of the many girls Dustin has on his leash. You don't have to make a defense for him hahe...if he had a rx for them he would not of been locked up and i am sure there are not many people that care to associate themselves with the likes of him especially by calling. so, no thank you. hopefully he will see his maker in court. save your defense of your good friend for the judge. unless your his attorney. hahe

the law will get tired of his marajuana charges, pill charges and one day his cocaine charges.......he will get what is coming to him just like donald did

well obviously you don't know anything, yet again. so way to make yourself look even more intelligent. if you knew so much about his life then you would know who i was.. so since you don't then you don't know as much as you put off. so stop trying to act like you do. looks like we'll find everything out in court. and btw, his brother isn't named DONALD. lmao.. yet again. ITS DON. and if you don't "associate yourself with him" then stop trying to act like you know everything about him. ok thank you!

  14. Yeah the Vass boys do have a past with the police......HARASSING THEM AND EVERYONE THEY KNOW. Its funny because the police cant even get their shit straight. It seems to me that the Sherriff's of Wicomico County are jealous of Don and Dustin....so sad they get all excited when they think these boys are going to do major time and then their case falls apart before their eyes when court day comes...seen it so many times

  16. Brittany needs to shut her mouth. why are you defending your heroin dealing babys daddy? About the perscriptions he only has the synthetic stuff becuase he ran out of dope to sell and becuase younger teens will eat a pill before they shoot up and he dosen't care how they get hooked its all the same and better for his business. Why is everyone worried about pills and marijuana when heroin is his game? Hopefuly the robbery and gun charges stick. He needs to be put away. and one day Brittany you will see it is the best thing for you and your child.
