A Message To The Editor

Joe...

I went to Taco Bell Saturday night around midnight.. From Milford Street to Taco Bell I saw 5 MD State Troopers. They either were patrolling, have pulled over or were pulling over cars. It was so nice to see the presence. The 45 minutes I was in the are I never saw even 1 Salisbury Police Officer. I did find that sad that the State comes to control the Saturday madness but Salisbury was no where around.

  2. maybe you have has driven south to Princess Ann. All those troopers like to sleep in the barrack all night. Those guys should be charged with theft. Salisbury barrack is the real deal. P/A you have a long way to go. On a good note if you need something auctioned off or a fishing trip just call the P/A Barrack. It appears they do side hussles as well. Maybe you should ask the CID at that barrack to do your homicide interviews or investigations. They dont even have to leave the office they just call them on the phone. Then put the wrong location in your report and make it read like you did an interview, because you assumed or made up information great investigator. Its called going out verify and investigate. At least get out of your chair. who knows this might work in P/A you might even get Trooper of the year for that Barrack. Pretty sad. This made a key witness look like a lier on the stand, not you the real lier. Hmmmm This witness now has no respect for the State Police wonder why. The A/Gs office should look into this as well. I bet they are getting a letter real soon. You know who I am if you need lesssons in working a case just come see me I do it the old fashioned way, go out and work it. As you can guess by reading this I have a real problem with the way things work in Somerset County and no I am not a Trooper. I do have some knowledge of investigations. It just appears to me that something stinks when lazy is rewarded. Dont go missing in somerset no one looks for you. Oh that has already been established in this blog months earlier. This with all the other corrupt bull shit that has been covered up down there. What ever happened to the Princess Ann trooper that was pursuing the car load of hispanics and the pursuit ended in a fatal accident in Fruitland on 13. The trooper was chasing with a juvenile in the car. A family member if I am correct. There were innocent people hurt. It was at the busiest time of day. I dont think anyone in the county knew about the pursuit coming into Wicomico. One dead multiple injured.

  3. Joe get back to looking into all the stuff going on down there. Show us your skills. There has been some major crap covered up in Somerset. Oh by the way the unmarked trooper chasing at speeds greater than 90 coming into the business district of fruitland and never calling it out. The children injured. NOTHING came of it. I wonder who covered this stink up. I wonder why a trooper would chase an out of state vehicle north bound on 13 and not call it out HMMM. I wonder if he was the deticated interdiction Trooper for that barrack. The State Police need to investgate from the top to the bottom and clean the house.

  5. I dont know who you are why dont you contact someone who has the authority to do something about these allegations. The fact you dont post your name concerns me. If you really know all of this what else is going on ? I think you have a beef with someone at the State Police. If what you say is true someone should take a look at it. My guess is you are a Trooper or a former you seem to know way to much. maybe a dispatcher. I would write the Governor's Office or the Baltimore Sun the locals wont do a thing trust me. It is strange but Salisbury is another world compared to Somerset. It really does not make any sense to me.

  7. Dont blame the whole thing on the State Police that State's Attorney is up to her eyeballs in it. You cant find a cop after midnight other than Princess Anne P.D. They seem to hussle make them the county police, maybe some crime would get solved. Well anyway if you have a record or under investigation they will let you run the jail or maybe the county dog catcher.

  8. Good God! Stop bashing the Salisbury Police and Maryland State Police. The Salisbury Police Department answers far more calls for service than the Maryland State Police and the Wicomico County Sheriff's Office. I am not saying that to offend either of those departments. The mayor and city council are not helping us city officers pick up the slack by giving us more officers and better pay. Quite frankly, I am happy to have the help. I would love to be out there being proactive. Unfortunately, on a Saturday night we are too busy dealing with the college kids' parties and the thugs trying to overrun the streets.
So to the person who wrote the original post, try checking the Salisbury Police Website for their calls for service before you post your lack of knowledge.

  9. Hmm not one person to defend the P/A barrach wonder why??? Sad isnt it. SPD does the best they can with what they have. They have good road cops that work thier butts off.

Joe why did the Sheriff's Office leave the Barrack in P/A. They had a joint C.I.D. No one has mentioned that. There is something going on at that barrack. I think something stinks.
