LOST DOG FOUND FROM COMMENTS ON SBYNEWS.COM
Austin has been found thanks to all of you who commented. This final comment hit the nail on the head and Austin was in fact found this morning in this area and the owners are extremely grateful.

I do not want to get your hopes up, but tonight a dog ran out in front of us as we drove on Ward Street (I think that is the name of the street - the one that runs in front of the Arby's when one is trying to get to Route 50). It was about 8:00 PM, and went behind Arby's towards Chesapeake Utility. I did notice the color of the dog was very close to the color in the picture and I did notice a collar. I am sorry I don't have more detail but it happend so fast. I hope you find him.

So because of all of you, this Dog and Owner couldn't be happier. You can't get these kind of results with the Daily Times. VERY COOL!
You can get those kind of results from the Daily Times, if you pay for it. Great work Joe.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great tool this site is for the people who really care about our community, good or bad. Thanks
ReplyDeleteJoe for all you bring to the table
and for giving us an excellent venue!
Yes!!!!! Way to go Joe!!! This poor dog would no doubt still be lost if were not for SBYNEWS.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great end result and story. It happened because people got involved. Remember that when it comes time to vote. YOU can make a difference. We're going to turn this City back to the way it used to be and it will happen because everyone will get involved the best way they can.

ReplyDeleteOh this is a wonderful day!! We have been looking for Austin since Friday night. Poor Angela (the owner) has been sleeping on the kitchen floor, close to the back door, in hopes of him finding his way back home. I can not tell you how happy and relieved we all are!! Thanks so much to everyone who took the time to read, respond and actually keep your eyes open for Austin. He is such a sweet, loving and very special dog!!
