Young Professional Event

The Young Professionals of the SACC are planning their 2008 re-launch party to be held on Thursday Oct. 9th from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. This event will be one to remember and is being held pool side in the new clubhouse of the Rowens Mill Subdivision in Fruitland, MD! Over the last few months the Young Professional committee and members alike have been hard at work re-creating business models, logos, websites and their calendar of events. On the 9th their hard work will be on display and will feature a “Taste of the Town” theme where party goers can sample different varieties of signature dishes from the local area. Restaurants already include Adams Ribs, Zia’s, Market Street, Sushi De Kanpi, Flavors Italian Grill, Green Turtle, Brew River and more. In addition, DJ Treehorn will be spinning tunes throughout the night and beverages will be served. We welcome all Young Professionals to attend and support the new, re-designed, highly energized Young Professional Committee of the Salisbury Chamber of Commerce! The event is FREE to chamber members or Young Professionals who work for businesses in the area - so mark your calendars for this special event!

For more information about this event or ways you can participate please contact the YP Networking Chair, Adam Roop at TheRoops@TheRoopGroup.com.

Please RSVP to Cathie@SalisburyArea.com before October 6th. See you there!

  4. wow, this is such a great group of local suck-ups that pat each other on the back for everything they do for the community......which is nothing! these people need more friends or hobbies to fill up their boring lives. and what exactly do these people do in our community? can someone tell me....

  6. This is exactly why Salisbury is the way it is. Too many critics sitting on the computer waiting for someone or group to do something positive in the community and then bash them on a blog talking about how they dont do anything. If all these haters would get off the computer and stop being negative, maybe they can change how Salisbury is being viewed! Suck it up and stop hating! Appreciate that a group such as the young professionals are trying to re-build a team of hardworking people who actually care about Salisbury's future!!
