  1. Day after day you read about arrests and usually they involve drugs --where do the drugs originate--I mean it stands to reason that a large amount is somehow brought in and is distributed out , the amount of drugs coming in to this area must be staggering. Who is responsible, how is it done and who launders all the cash? How do you explain the obvious wealth of alot of F.O.B.'s that have cash or partial cash business? Think about the type of business that could pull off the distribution and laundering of cash, a business that employs illegals,or rents to illegals or criminals for example.

  2. I read Court Briefs in the DT yesterday. Once again, very VERY serious crimes were nol prosse--almost everyone was that or stet. There were people with assault charges, drugs, alcohol, 25 counts of using someone else's name, indecent exposure (the guy you've cited on your blog), burglary, theft below and above $500, trespassing, refusal to obey a police officer--you name it. Joe, do you know why nobody is held accountable. Why arrest these thugs?

Ok, this is real old info. I was in jail back around 92 for dwi. I was on the block in the dententiontion centor (lucky for only 2 days then got work release) But I did overhear one inmate talking to another saying " I have never heard of Salisbury. How did I get busted in this town". He was running drugs from Fla to NY.
Now if it was me doing something as dumb as that I would use 95, but I guess they thought 13 wouldnt be as noticable and have hick town cops who cant bust drug runners. I cant beleive they still havnt learned you dont run drugs through Wicomico County.
Now I dont think the big drug runners target Salisbury. I think the drugs probably come from more local areas like DC and Baltimor and Dover.
Would be interesting to know who is the distributor as those caught are usually mules and do get let off. Wonder if they give info for lighter sentencing. It is amazing reading the paper how many cases get put on the stet docket and such.

  8. The Quantico address is a boys home. They are very troubled kids. Once or twice a year one will escape and screw up pretty bad. Last time one got out he robbed Wades and stole donuts.

  9. Well here is a sad reality folks. With the economy in this roller coaster state, there will be a constant increase in crime. Now the Christmas holiday is approaching and everyone had better be on guard. I have asked my wife not to travel by herself to the stores at night. Its sad to see some one go to jail for stealing food or clothes. Basic things we need in life many people do not have the resources to obtain and most of us take for granted. I digress, it doesn't surprise me that these crimes are taking place...drugs well that will be the same no matter what the economy does, but with people losing jobs on a daily basis and now some states are cutting state jobs...which are suppose to be some of the most secure as compared to private sector....theft and robberies will rise dramatically. Violence will increase just because of the frustration and stress of economic hardship. Becareful, Bealert, Besmart, Because there is only one you.

  10. Any idea why Obama wants to divert out troops from Irag to Afghanistan? Can you say Heroin trade? Yeah, lets use US troops to keep the flow of Heroin safe!!All you liberals that think he is bringing the troops home he is just rerouting them to Afghanistan. And not only that he advocates mandatory registration of WOMEN for selective service, so all you liberals your little girls are now going to have the same chance to fight in a war when Obama revivies the draft. Oh thats right, you will just teach them to dodge the draft like real liberals.
