Last week we featured an article referencing Halloween Figures being stolen from Councilwoman Debbie Campbell's front yard.
E-mail messages have gone out to neighbors to keep their eyes and ears open for any potential vandalism in their community and as these messages went around, neighbors chose to make donations to replace the items stolen from the Campbell's residence.
I don't know about you but I find it quite interesting how mysterious things like this happen at Mrs. Campbell's home more so than you hear from anyone else in Salisbury. I don't mean to sound paranoid but it is true.
Mrs. Campbell wanted me to pass on the following message referencing some one's comment on an earlier Post.
"Joe -
A friend called me about a comment on your site about break-ins at my office and house, etc. during the election cycle when I ran for council. My home and office were broken in to and my daughter and I followed on separate occasions, but it was not during the council race. It was during a mayoral election when I was an outspoken supporter of Mayor Tilghman's opponent. The incidents were reported to SPD.
Thank you.
Debbie Campbell"
"My home and office were broken in to and my daughter and I followed on separate occasions, but it was not during the council race." - "in to?" You and your daughter followed who? OMG, you represent me??
ReplyDeleteTo Anon 1:52, Debbie gives of herself unselfishly. She’s done more for the community than most will ever know, and you want to be critical of a couple of grammatical errors? Debbie is one of those people who would simply like to look back on things and be able to say, to herself, she made a difference in this world. She’s not looking for a pat on the back, or extra money in her account. She simply wants what’s right! There aren’t a lot of Debbie Campbells in the world, let’s not run off those that we have now.
ReplyDeleteGuess 1:52 HAS never made a typo...or an omission error...idiot! Oh, yeah, they stole her replacement decorations as well...IDIOTS ALL!
ReplyDeleteDid they take the object that had the GPS attached to it?
ReplyDeleteDebbie Campbells hot, good looking , and intelligent... she's a babe
ReplyDeleteWhat about your grammatical error, 1:52? It's "followed WHOM" (direct object).
ReplyDelete1:52 p.m....
ReplyDeleteOMG, you used two question marks?
She wasn't writing a position paper, but a quick email to pass on factual information.
1:52, p.m....
Get a life.
She's also dyslectic, cut her a break.
ReplyDeleteDebbie may be dyslexic, but she more than makes up for that by consistantly doing her homework and showing up at council meetings informed and facts in hand.
ReplyDeleteYou make fun of cripples too?
