The lady in the article had it right, they are there just for the money. They are the poster-children for slimy, greedy, shady and arrogant developers. Say what you will about our local developers but the majority of them are honest and good-hearted people. Notice I said the majority, there are some that would fit well into the Dzaman/Natelson group - I won't name any names though....
