The Pope is visiting DC, and Palin takes him out for an afternoon on the Potomac . They're admiring the sights when, all of a sudden, the Pope's hat blows off his head and out into the water. Secret service guys start to launch a boat, but Palin waves them off, saying "Wait, wait. I'll take care of this. Don't worry."
Palin steps onto the surface of the water and walks out to the Holy Father's little hat, bends over and picks it up, then walks back. She hands the hat to the Pope amid stunned silence.
The next morning, the Washington Post, NY TImes, ABC News, CBS News, NBC News, Duvall and CNN carry a story, complete with photos of the event. The banner headline reads: "Palin Can't Swim!"
The Catholic relegion has more money than most fortune 500 companies, very dillusional and very corrupt.
ReplyDeleteHey 9:55...Go back to your cave.
ReplyDeleteYes, the mass media has been so hard on Republicans: harshly criticizing Bush/Cheney for deceiving the public to get us into a war with people who had no connection to 9-11, attacking Cheney for his energy committee that included only representatives of big oil, castigating them for always siding with insurance companies and credit card companies to the everlasting detriment of citizens, attacking both for policies that reduced taxes on big oil guaranteeing their friends record profits, castigating them for using "war on terror" rhetoric to get non-compete bids so Halliburton and Blackwater could bilk the U.S. taxpayers billions for substandard products--NOT!!!!! The mass media has been almost silent about Republicans using the administration to give obscene amounts of money to their cronies for the last eight years. Don't ever act like the mass media has done its job to expose the puppet Bush and the manipulative Cheney! Any investigative reporting has been quickly squelched.
ReplyDeleteMust of been devine intervention.
ReplyDeleteYou know what i meant.
ReplyDeleteIf you even imagine Palin walking on water, then you're dumber and more deluded than she is. Barrie Tilghman in a much nice package.
