When you live in Downtown Salisbury there's absolutely no reason to take your trash down the stairs like normal people. Just throw bag after bag out the third floor window and save yourself the trip. This guy threw at least 7 bags out the window.

ReplyDeleteI can him now walking his dog if he had one. Lower dog in a crate. Very long leash. Holler down command to dog to get back in crate. Raise dog back up. Then using a pooper scooper hooked up to a bungie cord to clean up after the dog....if he is a responsible pet owner.
