Inacom and Microsoft Offer Technology Makeover

Salisbury, MD, October 21, 2008: Inacom Information Systems, a Delmarva-based technology solutions provider, and Microsoft Corp, the worldwide leader in software development, have teamed up to offer Delmarva businesses and non-profit organizations the chance to win a complete technology makeover with a potential value of more than $50,000.

“With today’s economy tipping towards recession, Delmarva’s organizations are actively seeking opportunities to reduce costs, improve productivity, and increase customer responsiveness. Microsoft Windows Small Business Server 2008 is an effective tool to help address all three of these business challenges.” states Travis Fisher, Inacom’s Executive Vice President. “We’re excited to partner with Microsoft to offer Delmarva’s small businesses, non-profit organizations, and medical practices the opportunity to win more than $50,000 in technology assistance, helping them to become more competitive in this tough economic climate.”

The Microsoft Mid Atlantic SBS 2008 Technology Makeover Sweepstakes will take place from November 12th, 2008 through March 27th, 2009, during the official marketing launch campaign for Microsoft Windows Small Business Server (SBS) 2008. This newest version of Small Business Server helps organizations with fewer than 75 employees improve network performance, protect valuable business data, and serve applications that improve customer responsiveness.

On November 12th, Inacom will host a seminar detailing the advantages of Windows Small Business Server 2008 in conjunction with Microsoft’s official release of their newest operating system. Attendees to the event will be given an evaluation sheet, which will double as their official entry into the Microsoft sweepstakes. Eligible entries will be forwarded to Microsoft for their official grand prize drawing on March 27, 2009.

Attendance at Inacom’s Small Business Server seminar is limited, so advanced registration is required. Organizations that would like to learn more about Small Business Server and enter Microsoft’s sweepstakes should visit www.inacom-sby.com/sweepstakes, where a registration link to Inacom’s seminar is provided. There is a limit of one attendee per organization to allow more opportunities to enter the sweepstakes.

Inacom is also planning additional seminars throughout the Delmarva Peninsula. Interested persons who are unable to make the November 12 event can email travis@inacom-sby.com to be notified of additional events as they are announced.
