I agree with grannydragon but feel quite sure this case will be nol pros. Why should this one be any different from the rest?
ReplyDeleteFrom what i understand Oxy-cottons are synthetic herion. To think your taking them and your body isnt growing dependent on them because you have a real reason for taking them is wrong, your body is the same as evryone elses. I can think of at least 20 people that i grew up with that started on the Oxys and now have full blown HERION addictions. Granted some have addictive personalities while others dont, it beside the fact, these pills are addictive.
ReplyDeleteIs it entrapment when the police wait for her to obtain the pills and then charge her with posession of them?
ReplyDeleteI cant tell you how many of my friends are addicted to oxycontin and percocet. But the latest thing is not eating them, its crushing them up and snorting them. What they all do is go to one of 2 crooked doctors that will do it. The doctor shows up to a house and whoever has $170 for an office visit, gets a prescription. Now im not gunna list the names of the two doctors who are notorious for this but im sure you have heard of them. But it is sick to see half your friends to into fiends for pills. Its a shame.....
ReplyDeleteAnon 5:45....no it is not entrapment! What do you think is supposed to happen?? Just let her have the drugs even though she wrote the rx herself??? Entrapment would be setting her up..she set her own self up by writing the rx and thinking the employess of a drug store would not take notice to it's authenticity. When she came back to obtain the drugs, she was questioned; if she never picked the drugs up, there would be no need to question her. As for becoming addicted to the Oxy's; I have taken Percocet after having surgery twice and had to take it for 3-4 days. I hated it, slept all the time and NEVER became addicted. It is a choice to take them when you do not need them. My rx said to take them for 1-2 weeks after surgery. I stopped taking them when knew that acetaminaphin who do the trick. People become addicts by choice, Period.
