THE DAY AFTER THE SEA CHANGE

Sarah Palin has salvaged what without her presence would be another B.S. presidential election, with an outcome to be decided by which side does the most or best attack ads and negative stuff directed at the opponents. Sure, last night she pounded Obama and Biden, who devoted last week to bashing "McBush". And she sure showed in spades that we still have rugged individualists in America who are not part of the ruling elite composed mainly of lawyers and Ivy Leaguers. How long has it been since both members of the ticket have been outside that cabal.

Our left-leaning mainstream media has gone ballistic over this turn of events. At the conclusion last night, Gwen Ifill of National Public Television was visibly upset by Ms. Palin’s bare-knuckle and comprehensive thrashing of Obama, and today many network reporters and pundits were biting their tongues as they observed how she has electrified the Republican voters and many independents, not to mention more Democrats than they care to admit.

Look (and pray) for a continued barrage to be directed at Ms. Palin by the left, led by the media mavens. It will surely serve to swell and solidify that segment of the electorate who put Country First.

Don't be naieve. The cabal is the cabal. Period.

Get real or get educated. There are no choices, only illusion.

    Use your illusion.

  3. Sea change? How about a complete change of this corrupt wicked evil empire we call America? Stop saluting, and begin to take up arms. These SOB's are attacking our intelligence, liberty, and individualism. Both parties are totally controlled. Talk to your sons and daughters who have sworn an allegiance to defend the CONSTITUTION. They need to help America take back our Country. God Bless this bullshit? God Bless our Patriots - who stand up tot he tyrrany of American Imperialism.

  5. "The fires of hell are frozen glaciers compared to my hatred for the American government. ... And I won't be buried under their damn flag."

    Who said this??

Would associating with that person and being considered a member of his group be construed as more unpatriotic than, say, not wearing a flag pin??

  6. if the GOP would have announced her before the Democrat convention, she would have been nailed. but instead, they waited. good play on their part, most likely bad part for america. Unless you want a religious right wing group (who would be fine in a local community) controlling the govt for yet another term.

  7. 10:51 AM,

He's talking about the fact that Palin's husband was registered with the AIP and Palin attended their conferences.

The head of the AIP said that about America and the flag.

They are an Alaskan Secessionist group.

Sarah Palin is anti-American. I would never vote for a Secessionist.

  8. Isn't it more acurate to say the Republican Party has admitted that "it is not our turn to win"? The elections are controlled, and I am sorry to say but, it is the Democrat's turn. That is what the Palin nomination is about. Wake up! This stuff is drama, it is not real. Regular American people would not choose any of these elitists. Palin is a distraction. They are trying to convince us that we need to make a "choice". It is an important "choice". But really, what choices do we have? What is this madness? You Republicans aren't even laughing? Why don't you just stand up and say, "I'm mad as hell and I'm not going to take it anymore." Democrats, ditto.
