BIDEN STEPPING DOWN?

Someone is trying to get attention. The following message is finding its way around the Internet. IMO, I think it's some nut job trying to get attention for himself and you know what, it made it here so it must be working. My response to the person who forwarded it to me was, I don't believe Hillary would ever entertain the position of VP, ever. Nevertheless, here's their message.

"Let me share some info with you that I have gotten from excellent sources within the DNC:

On or about October 5th, Biden will excuse himself from the ticket, citing health problems, and he will be replaced by Hillary. This is timed to occur after the VP debate on 10/2.

There have been talks all weekend about how to proceed with this info. generally, the feeling is that we should all go ahead and get it out there to as many blog sites and personal email lists as is possible. I have already seen a few short blurbs about this - the "health problem" cited in those articles was aneurysm. Probably many of you have heard the same rumblings.

However, at this point, with this inside info from the DNC, it looks like this Obama strategy will be a go. Therefore, it seems that the best strategy is to get out in front of this Obama maneuver, spell it out in detail, and thereby expose it for the grand manipulation that it is.

So, let's start mixing this one up and cut the Obamites off at the pass - send this info out to as many people as you can - post about it on websites and blogs - etc etc

NObama '08!"

  1. I've seen rumors of this out on the web but cannot find a direct link...all conspiracy. Do you have a website or link that can shed some light on this situation?

    Thanks!!! :)

  2. No, there's no link. That's why I gave caution to the beginning of this Post.

  4. This is just a dumb internet lie, like Obama is a Muslim, John McCain fathered a black baby in South Carolina, etc. People, please use your brains and evaluate whether this makes any sense at all. All the polls show a swing going Obama's way (still too close to call this election for either side). Does this make any sense?

  5. Rush mentioned this on his show and so did Neal Boortz but they dont even believe it. Rush has started a SOB campaign to save Biden. Biden keeps putting his foot in his mouth. Well we'll see what happens. The smart thing for Obama to do is get rid of Biden now, but as far a my concern it wouldnt matter. McCain/Palin08

  6. Joe
Rush discussed this at length yesterday.
He said he had been alerted to the possibility thru emails to him from unreliable sources. He than went on to say he would believe it when it happened.
After having said that he discussed all the reasons why O.Hussein Obama would be considering dumping Biden, all of which made sense.
One can only hope B.H.O will dump Biden, for two very good reasons. One Biden is a flaming Rectum Orifice and secondly it will make further prove B.H.O. is a pooor decision maker.

  7. Obama is and always has been a Muslim!

And could you PLEASE explain how any rumor could have McCain as the father a black baby?
A bi-racial one would be within the realm of unlikely, but possible, events.

I hope the Hillary switch is a false rumor. Obama/Biden can't win.
But Obama/Hillary would be much tougher to beat.

  8. Palin is also supposed to step down in favor of Tom Ridge, who was McCain's choice for VP in the first place.

  9. The race isn't as close as the polls portray. A lot of Obama supporters who are switching parties/registering for the first time/have no landlines...none of them are being counted, ontop of the 3-10 point lead Obama is opening up in about a half dozen swing states.

Biden isn't going anywhere. Reconcile yourselves to Obama/Biden '08 - it's going to be great!

  10. I just don't see it.Obama has an excellent chance of victory in November with Biden on the ticket.I supported McCain in 2000,and I will vote McCain in November, but I believe it is counter productive to be cocky about a McCain victory when Obama has momentum.

Don't kid yourself. Your explanation doesn't even make sense. How many people without land lines are swithing parties from repub to democrat? I would have to think very few. I'll give you new registrations. Having said that, we all know the polls haven't been a very good indicator the last few elections. Even the surveys taken at the polls have sucked.

  12. That is just an internet rumor. I can never see hillary taking the backseat to anyome, especially an empty suit like Obama.

  13. Not true. Not gonna happen.

Obama's momentum is getting stronger. No need to tamper with that.

Biden's known for his gaffes -- and accepted for them because he's solid on so many things. His self-deprecating manner about his gaffes actually endears him to people.

  14. I find it hard to believe people are still fired up about voting for McCain. This guy flips out and "suspends" his campaign to address the economy? What's the deal, he can't multi-task? It is obvious what he is doing--since his economic philosophies are clearly behind this economic mess and he is rightfully taking heat for it, he bails out of the debate. Give me a break, McCain is supposed to be the courageous one! It is possible to go to the debate AND be in Washington working on the economy, but McCain wants to distract from his own culpability. It will backfire.

  15. 6:41,

Prove that he is a Muslim, now, or shut your mouth, liar.

  16. Preparing for a debate takes alot of time (for both candidates) and I have respect for McCain for doing what he thinks is best for the country right now even if that causes him to lose some support. It truly shows how he puts our country's best interests above his own, which to me is a strong indication of his values and strenth. It goes a little beyond "multitasking".
