You want government fraud.....Zimnicki's pic is in the dictionary under it! 3 kids by 3 diff dads, electric paid for food paid for, rental paid for every month!!!! She's had her kids taken away so many times! Those poor children. It's a shame.
ReplyDeleteAnd Byrd...He's a 10 time loser....His dad must be soooooooo Proud!!!
I bet Mr. Hyland's victim even picked up from jail and they are back living together. If I wasn't so concerned about losing my kids and my job, I guess i could assault someone for a free trip to jail and leave under my own recognisance. why not make the guy pay a bond? atleast the system could get some money out of him since the police, the jail and the commisioner took their time to handle this case. Judge Davis will probably get this case and will throw it out anyway
ReplyDeleteI know kids take down signs a lot but this guy is 38? What the hell is he doing selling it to sell for scrap?
ReplyDeleteOne of the girls who stole the Old Pocomoke Road sign is a former Miss Pocomoke!
ReplyDeleteZimnicki is back in jail on burglary and credit card theft charges as of the 26th. Will she finally have to pay for her actions? She is always in trouble and it seems like she just gets a slap on the wrist and sent home to continue to do more of the same. She does take advantage of the system any way she can and gets away with it. Somebody needs to check into why she gets away with all this. She should not be receiving anything from the government as she doesn't have her children do to her own actions. Nobody checks to see if what she puts on these forms to get assistance is correct because if they did she wouldn't get it. When it is brought to their attention that she is getting this fraudulently they still do nothing. She continues to receive assistance she doesn't deserve. Hope they keep her this time and for a very long time.
ReplyDeleteZimnicki is supposed to be going to college to be a drug addiction's counslor. Its so funny she has no problem letting everyone else take the fall for her own mistakes. For all the charges that has been pressed against her in the past month which has been plenty, she is sitting back in jail with a smile on her face because she knows she's going to get away with it. "Hill" is taking the fall for everything just because she has munipulated him into believing she loves him and wants nothing but the best for him. Its bull and I know for a fact "Zimnicki" was involved in all of it. So she can stop playing miss innocent because everyone that knows her knows she's not. I have no problem standing up and taking the fall when I make a mistake I don't need to put the blame on others. Her children oh I feel so bad for them there is no doubt in my mind that she loves them but she can't possiably love anyone more than herself and thats sad. When you have children its time to grow up and be an adult not a child pointing fingers saying I didn't do it it was him/her. This is the type of stuff that makes you want to pull your hair out. ITS BS and to get on the subject of Byrd oh my he's been a follower since he was a child the only bad part is would think he has learnd right from wrong considering how much trouble he's been into just like his brother. Anyway I could go on for days but I'm to tired.
ReplyDeleteWell u can sleep safe now Beverly Zimnicki which has jas a fourth child aince this incident is back in Prison(Jessup) so that useless piece of crap is no longer walkin the streets
DeleteVery glad to hear Beverly Zimnicki is back in jail she needs to stay there. Not shocking she had yet another probably with another father thats not in the picture. She has been stealing, commiting fredit card theft, forging perscription and stealing them, and has been a VERY HEAVY drug and alchohol abuser for years and probably commits a hundred crimes before she gets caught for one. She reaks havok on her friends, family and society and behaves like a no good criminal that she is. Happy to hear she is back in jail now there can be more peace for everyones lives she has ruined. Keep this woman locked up!!!
DeleteIf Zimnicki really loved any of her chilren she would get her life straight instead of behaving like a OLD party girl and sad she steals from her own fhildren even to get her drugs. Sad sad pathetic woman
DeleteThere is no way that Zimnicki can get out of all the charges she has this time. http://casesearch.courts.state.md.us/inquiry/inquiry-index.jsp
ReplyDeleteYou can use this link to view all the charges she has been indicted for. As for her becoming a addiction counselor that is just crazy. She has no right counseling anyone on anything. Her children are going to need counseling and not by anyone like her. She has no remorse for what she has done to her children. From what I understand she left one child on the beach while she went to the store to buy alchol. When she returned the child had been pulled out of the water and had to be rushed to the hospital. The child had been revived in the ambulance on the way to the hospital. She has no remorse and still will not admit this was her fault. Zimnicki needs to be locked up and the key thrown in the ocean and never to be found. If Zimnicki is let out of these charges there is something really crooked going on.
to the person making comments about zimnicki you need to get your facts right
ReplyDeleteThe comments about Zimnicki are not from just one person. Maybe you don't have your facts straight. I know my facts were straight and probably the other persons were to. We would be happy to read your fairy tale on Zimnicki if you would like to write it.
ReplyDeleteI JUST READ ABOUT HILL AND BYRD I HAVE KNOWN THEM FOR YEARS I SEE THEY ARE BOTH LOCKED UP AGAIN WELL THATS GOOD WE ARE MUCH SAFER NOW
ReplyDeleteZimnicki supporters ... she got a smack on the hand for over 90 some charges, and got out in mid March and lasted 2 months, back in on illegal firearm possession and sale ... keep up the good work beverly ... meanwhile Hill sits in prison having gotten 60 years with 45 suspended leaving 15 years for what they both did ... great justice system we have
ReplyDeleteI see everyone is focusing on Zimnicki going to jail for a long time if you ask me it seems she needs a drug rehab program as well as Hill. It's the root of the crimes they commit. She is a mother don't we want for her to get her life straight so she can be that mother? As for Hill 16yr over a drug addiction where are their families....so much of this could have been prevented had anyone steped up and sought help for the both of them. its all so sad really.
ReplyDeleteDylan Bevery Zimnicki has been in and out and kicked out of rehab several times. She has had numorous chances to get clean but yet still goes back on drygs. also her family has overly helped her in hopes she will get clean and take care of her children snd in return Zimnicki robbs them screams at them amd runs off eith her next flavor of the week. Shr has had too many opportunitues for help so dont pity this eorthless loser.
DeleteDon't feel sorry for Zimnicki she has has numerous opportunities to get clean she has been in and oit of rehab and kicked out even for her behavior. And her family has done nothing but help her and in return she screws them over. She is a worthless deadbeat mom that doesn't deserve any of her children. She made a choice to be this way so don't pitty that pathetic waste of space and taxpayers money!
