ReplyDeleteThe City Police have a direct connection to the States current definition of scooter/moped/motorcycle. I don't like the laws but till they change they are followed. If this rider, who I am sure, like others, got financed quicker than common sense allows, hits me then he has no insurance. That's the law for now. He needs to go back to the shop and get the matching t-shirt that is offered.
