ReplyDeletehmmm could be a few things. The sign says commercial vehicles only there is also another sign that posted thats is a handicap parking..... or maybe one of them is parked the wrong way? Oh and it looks like the flowers could use some water
ReplyDeleteI believe this is one way the way the lighter colored car is facing. That car apppears to be parked legally in a handicapped space (hangtag on mirror). The car facing it appears to have come the wrong way and is stopped in a commercial zone, although it looks like the driver may be inside, and maybe he was a messenger dropping something off. But if I am right about the one way, oops!
