WATCH YOUR STEP!

If you happen to enjoy walking on the River Walk Downtown, be careful where you step. The above photo shows an expansion crack where the concrete walk way has obviously shifted causing a serious hazard. This is just a small example of what I meant by Mayor Tilghman not caring at all about the infrastructure within the City of Salisbury.

  1. I usually love the site, but man you are reaching for news if you bring something like this to attention. It is obvious you hate the people who run the city. BTW if you have a problem with the city then actually move to the city and then you will have more of a voice.

Just stick to the news and this site will continue to get better and leave crap like this alone.

With that said, love the site.

  3. an older person with bad eyesight could easily be face to the concrete (crack a skull) fast if they are lucky enough to not fall in that nasty water. again is public safety a priority with this administration? that is surely not handicapped freindly. you get to an age when bones break just sneezing they certainly don't think there a crime increase.

  4. That has been messed up or awhile and should of been fixed a long time ago. There is a city sidewalk on Priscilla st off Route 50 on the Left that is worse than that. I hope no one falls and brings a lawsuit about.

  5. I know that sidewalk you are talking about off Prisilla, I drive past it at least twice every working day. The roots of the tree have pushed one section of sidewalk up and about 5 inches from being even.

It's right before you get to Heathway Drive. I've working near there for over 5 years and it's never been improved.
