First Course, Your Choice of

Spinach Salad with roasted red peppers, potatoes, celery, bacon and warm bacon vinaigrette OR Melon Crostini with proscuitto on sourdough bread

Main Course, Your Choice of:

Grilled Flank Steak with fresh chimichurri sauce
OR

Grilled Pork Chops with a red wine, honey and garlic glaze
Both entrees will be served with orzo pasta tossed in herb vinaigrette and topped with fresh grilled vegetables and crumbled goat cheese

Dessert Course, Your Choice of:

Lemon-Blueberry Cake with white chocolate frosting

Chocolate Mousse Cake

Station 7's Updated Summer Barbecue

Please join us for an "Updated Summer Barbecue", Wednesday, August 6th. Each course will be paired with a different wine that will enhance the fresh flavors of each dish. Joe George of Chesapeake Beverage Group will be on hand upstairs at 7pm to provide information on the wines and how to choose wines with food. Or, enjoy the same menu downstairs at your leisure.

  1. sounds absolutley wonderful, but in this economy on the eastern shore good luck with that. people are broke. not that this price is to high, just bad timing and location. theyd sacrifice this type of quality to save five dollars at outback. sucks !!!

  3. chimichurri sauce? ask Sysco... they make it all. How pathetic to serve rock fish on the eastern shore that has been frozen first!
