If you're going to smoke, act more responsible, will you? This was taken next to the Health Department Building on Main Street in Downtown Salisbury. Do you really want Salisbury looking like the Bronx in New York?

Why would you expect people who don't care about trashing their lungs to worry about whether they've made a mess on the sidewalk?
ReplyDeleteNot just sidewalks and streets. Look out your car window at any traffic light. There should be a mound of butts. Exiting at the light between Chilis and Wawa in the North; near the Centre, making a left from Rt 13.

ReplyDeletebums & drunks smoke there as well as "go potty"...after hours when no one is around. you can barely breathe if you go thru the ally next to the parking garage.

Who ever is in that building should put an ashtray out there and hold their smokers resposible for the area. That should take no more than 2min to clean up either way.
Thats whats wrong with alot of people now a' days, lazy... "see a need, fill a need" if we all keept that in mind, everything woul be alot better
