After multiple car accidents on and off the job, Officer Todd has now been assigned to Bike Patrol with the Salisbury, Maryland State Police.
Officer Todd is the Son of Worcester County States Attorney Joel Todd.

What the hell is he going to patrol - the parking lot at the barrack?
Wouldn't it be cheaper for the taxpayer if we just paid him to stay home, not to mention being safer for all.

He will look cute in them shorts around those burly Harley bike dudes during Delmarva Bike Week.
They use them at events such as Delmarva Bike Week and other Mass Gatherings. And an aside from poking fun at Todd they do a good job at it as well.
Maybe he could lead the Christmas Parade.

YOU GO TO THE BARRACK IN SALISBURY AND ASK WHERE THEY DO BIKE PATROL IN WICOMICO COUNTY. MAYBE IF THEY HAVE A SPECIAL EVENT BUT THEY DO NOT UTILIZE BIKE PATROL FOR PATROL. DOES IT MAKE YOU FEEL BIG AND BAD TO CALL SOMEONE NAMES BEHIND AN ANONYMOUS POST?
