Case #: 08-2140

On 08/05/08 Officers conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle for a speeding violation on W. Main St. A check through MVA revealed that the operator’s driving privileges were revoked. Search incident to arrest led to the seizure of a large amount of suspected marijuana.

Charged: Daniel Sullivan, 30 yoa
Quantico, MD

Charges: Possession of CDS
Driving on Revoked License and Privilege

Disposition: Released to Central Booking


Case #: 08-2152

On 08/06/08 Officers met with a female victim who advised that she was assaulted by her boyfriend. The victim relayed to them that she and her child sustained injuries which were visible to officers. The following individual was subsequently charged:

Fruitland, MD

Charges: Assault – 2nd degree (2 counts)
Reckless Endangerment (2 counts)

Disposition: Released to Central Booking
